the client must have money to hand when ordering a commission

cancellations must be made before the sketch is approved. if the client chooses to cancel a commission during the rendering stage, a refund will not be given. (refunds are not applicable for sketch commissions)

if i cancel the commission due to my inability to produce the finished work, any payment that has been received shall be refunded in full

please take into consideration my style and forte before ordering as i cannot promise exceptional quality for things that lie out of my expertise

please expect and allow some artistic liberty when ordering. adjustment layers and filters are used

i will draw: feminine characters, heavily detailed designs (will incur extra costs), semi-anthropomorphic characters (ears/tails/horns/etc)

i will struggle with/may deny: masculine characters, muscles/bulky builds, fully anthropomorphic animals, armour

i will not draw: heavy nsfw (nudity is fine but will not be posted on my main account), fetishes, mecha, hateful content

i reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason, nor will i be accepting commissions on a first come first served basis

progress shots will be sent at every stage (dependent on the type of commission ordered)

if you have an ideal pose, please notify me when ordering

please allow about two weeks after payment for your order to be completed, but i shall notify you should further delays occur

once finished, an unwatermarked image will be sent for the client's personal use. my socials will post the watermarked version

i retain full rights to the artwork. the client may only use the work for personal, non-commercial means.

the client is allowed to repost received artwork onto their socials but must credit back to the relevant account

the client is not authorised to: claim the artwork as their own; use in collaboration with nfts or ai; submit the artwork in contests; use in monetised content unless compensation is given (such as youtube/twitch thumbnails or assets); use the artwork for profit
